what modalities do you offer? 

what I offer is a combination of energy healing, hypnotherapy and nlp, I work with your guides and loved ones, the ascended masters for healing and the field of consciousness to know what is on your heart. I am a channel and psychic medium which means I am able to see the unseen, hear the unheard and know the unknown. 

I facilitate inner child and higher self integration and am able to connect you to your spiritual support team. 

each session with clients looks different, and I am guided with which path to take. 

you can choose between an hour long or 2-3hrs, depending on the depth to which you wish to go. 

can I book a call with you? 

yes of course! book a 15min connection call to see if we are a good fit, and to find out what your session would look like. 

what would I need to do before a session? 

after we book your call, there is a client intake form I would ask you to complete, this is to give some background and find out what you are needing guidance with. 

before the session I recommend to spend 5-10min in meditation to prepare and quieten the mind, and our session can be recorded for you. If you’d prefer to have a notebook and pen this may also be handy. be somewhere quiet where you won’t be disturbed if possible. 

all sessions are conducted either face to face in cronulla or via zoom. 

what qualifications do you have? 

I have level 1, 2 and master certification in usui reiki and quantum reiki,

diploma in hypnotherapy and diploma in nlp,

qualified chef with a focus on vegetarian and vegan cooking,

reader of the akashic records,

and have studied metaphysics, consciousness, philosophy, psychology, tarot, ancient teachings with native tribes across america and mexico, meditation and journey practices as well as ancient ceremonial practices.

do you only work one on one? 

no, I also offer my services to retreats, events, small and large groups. I offer guided meditations, public speaking in regards to consciousness and connection, I can facilitate group healings and activations for small intimate parties or meditation and activations for your larger live events.
